1943 – born in Tokio
1965 – graduated from the Musashino Art University
1967 - Grand Prix, crafts exhibition
1970 - 73 – works at the Gustavaberg Design Studio in Sweden
1973 – after returning to Japan he founds his own studio in the town of Gyoda /Saitama/
1976 – bronze medal - Design Forum 76
1979 – silver medal - Design Forum 79
